He is survived by: his wife Cherry Neal Garcia; his children, Carmen Victor Garcia (Valerie Wallace), Randy Alsup, Ronnie Alsup, Roger Alsup, Lynne Skinner (John) and Rita Bass; his brother Fred Garcia; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Dawn Rudolph (Nigel), Ryan Garcia (Kelli), Jennifer Harrison, James Harrison (Kim), Jonathan Skinner, Jefferey Skinner, Tabitha McMillan (Gilbert), Summer Justice (Bradley) and Dustin Campbell (Molly). He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
