She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskel Smoot Barrett and Annie Mae Harvey Barrett; her husband Bobby Ray Spray, Sr.; and her siblings, Haskell Barrett, Jr. and Rebecca Ann Hutchins.

She is survived by: her children, Bobby Spray (Kaye), Terry Spray (Judy), Billy Spray (Sherri) and Lisa Brown; and her siblings, Charles Wayne Barrett, James Edward Barrett, Ricky Steve Barrett and Arlene Barrett Layhew. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
