With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Austin Dean Parker of Rutherford, Tennessee, born in Manchester, Tennessee, who passed away on February 13, 2025 at the age of 93. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Austin Dean leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Orman Parker, Sr. and Inez Leek Parker; his wife Mary Haynie Parker; and his siblings, Levi Parker, Jr., Bernice, Mildred, Phyllis and Christopher.
He is survived by: his son Daniel Parker (Julie); and his granddaughter Corinne Hayes Parker.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home (820 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
