She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Gibson and Evelyn Teasley White; and her stepfather Jack White. She is survived by: her husband Eric Lee Funkhouser; her son Alex Alcorn (Sherry) of Murfreesboro; her siblings, Dean Gibson (Janet) of Lafayette and Jan Marrow (David) of Mount Juliet; her stepbrother Kent White (Gretchen) of Nashville; her grandson Trent Alcorn; and her close friend Beverly Coley of Gallatin.
