He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fawver; his daughter Tonya Kniffen (Pete); his grandsons, Maddux and Jaxon Kniffen; his stepdaughters, Danielle Rohr and Lindsey Collins (Billy); and his sister Nada West. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
