She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Payne and Nina Swann Payne; and her brother Richard Payne. She is survived by: her son Justin; her daughter-in-law Terra Tipton; her grandson Jordan Tipton; her sister Sharon Carpenter (Ken); and her close friend Donnie Hill. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
