He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz Hermann and Apolonia Hermann; his brother-in-law Edgars Kuncitis; and his niece Elizabeth Kuncitis. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Hermann (Margaret) and Anna Kuncitis; his niece Michele Kurys (Douglas); his nephew Edgar Kuncitis; and his great-nieces, Kaitlyn and Jaclyn Kurys.
