He was predeceased by: his significant other Patricia "Pat" Ramsey Hatcher; his parents, Elsie Mae Delias Hatcher of Mooresburg and Robert "Bob" Hatcher of Athens; and his great-nephew Collin Eugene Combs. He is survived by: his sister Rebecca "Becky" Hatcher Bowlin of Morristown; his nieces and nephews, Toshia Combs (David Wayne) of Jefferson City, Kayla Bowlin Smith of Morristown, Joseph Bowlin of Morristown, Susan DuVall of Bean Station, Sharon White (Issac) of Rutledge, Lily Mae Smith and Jubal Myer Combs of Jefferson City; his great-niece Amelia White; his brothers-in-law, Lynn Ramsey (Carl) of Bulls Gap and Donnie Bowlin of Mooresburg; his aunt Thelma Carpenter of Bean Station; his cousins, Phyllis Wolfe (Robert), Judy Wolfe, Faye Carpenter, Steve Carpenter, Gail Hatcher Moser (Preston), Lana Hatcher Whisman (Bruce) and Sarah Hatcher Mlaker (Gary); his friends, Doug Gibson of Persia and Greg Drinnon of Mooresburg; and his caregivers, Sabrina and Michelle.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stubblefield Funeral Home (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Persia Community Cemetery.
