He was predeceased by: his parents, Bee B. Riley and Parilee Lambert Riley; his siblings, Herman Riley, Joe Riley, Claudia Joyner, Catherine Shipley, Carrie Ramsey and Judy Park; and his son Patrick Scott Riley.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Riley; his children, Timothy Neal Riley (Dena) and Shawna Draper (Dwight); his grandchildren, Emily Howarth (Brian), Rachel Smith (Patrick), Kahlab Riley (Manda), Jedidiah Riley, Kody Cronan and Luke Cronan (Claudia); and his great grandchildren, Riley, Charlie, Faith, Oakleigh and Kye Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
