He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sharp Barnes and Alva Williams Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Barnes; his children, Teresa Barnes, Donna Barnes Grounds (Scott) and William Wesley Barnes, Jr. (Amanda); and his brothers, Jim Barnes (Lois) and Jerry Barnes (Brenda). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
