He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Harbin and Bessie Tillman Harbin; and his wife Emily Mae Harbin. He is survived by: his children, Ida Parely (Terry) and Anthony Wayne Harbin (Sandy); his stepson Eddie Williams; and his siblings, Mary Lee Clark and Jack A. Harbin. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
