Virginia Mitchell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Mitchell of Rossville, Tennessee, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nabors and Pearl Nabors; her husband Roland Mitchell; her son Gary Mitchell; her sister Sue Wade; her aunt Boaby Day; and her grandparents, Bart, Essie Brookshire, John Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Nabors.
She is survived by: her close friend Janice Mink Clark; her son Randall Mitchell (Velvet); and her grandsons, Tanner and Tristan Mitchell. She is also survived by cousins and friends as well as several nieces and nephews.
Per the current health situation and mandate of the Hamilton County Mayor, visitors must adhere to all CDC guidelines, including social distancing and the wearing of facial coverings for the service.
