He was predeceased by: his parents, Hunter Eugene Burrows and Dorothy Morton Burrows; and his grandchildren, Crystal and Jason. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Perkins Burrows; his children, Debbie Lovelace, Phil Burrows (Monica), Carl Burrows and Kim Burrows (Cindy); his siblings, Sue Dot, Jessie, Joe Johnny and Richard; and his grandchildren, Mandy, Holly (Steve), Stephani (Allen), Rick (Brittnie), Chad, Allison, Hunter and Cody (Jacey). He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
