Jo Ann Harris Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2024, at the age of 90, Jo Ann Harris of Rossville, Tennessee, born in Golden, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eron "Red Dog" Harris of Rossville; her parents, Isaac Moman Black and Gertrude Davis Black; and her daughter Sherrye Harris Clark. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Erin Wadlington (Katie), Meredith and Tyler Wadlington (Caitlin); and her great grandchildren, Cora, Harris and Annie Wadlington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was also a past President of the Tennessee State Ladies 600 Bowling Club and on the local Board of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame.
