It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Cullum of Rossville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Newton and Audie Rachel Forbes Webb; and her husband Russell Cullum, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Russell "Rusty" Cullum, III, Joey Cullum, Kim Minner and Angela Mullins; and her sister Nancy Bell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
