He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Joe Teague. He is survived by: his mother Linda Sue Eaton Teague of Rossville, TN; his wife Candance Denee Teague of Rossville, TN; his sons, Nathan Daniel Teague of Rossville, TN, Brody Lynn Teague of Rossville, TN and Hunter Paul Pendergrass of Rossville, TN; his father-in-law Harold D. Stone; his siblings, Cody Teague (Casey) of Holly Springs, MS, Keith Bryan Teague of Riverside, CA and Jodie Lynn Teague of Prineville, OR; and his nieces, Kaytlin Briana Teague, Morgan Bailey Loftin and Emily Grace Loftin.

The family requests that memorials be directed to the American Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601 or St. Jude Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
