It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Albert Owens (Rossville, Tennessee), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Owens; and his parents, Elmer Owens and Frances Owens. He is survived by: his wife Gail Owens; his daughters, Lisa Shannon (Kirk) and Stacy Owens; his grandchildren, Connor of Atlanta and Noah Shannon of Atlanta; his sister Juanita Rinck; and his sister-in-law Beverly Hickman.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the American Heart Association or the charity of your choosing in the name of David A. Owens.
