She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Heath and Ruby Heath (Caruthers). She is survived by: her husband James H. Phillips; her children, Dwayne Phillips (Susan), Jonathan Phillips (Crystal) of Rosman, NC, Matthew Phillips (Michelle) and Kimberly Young (Keith) of Chickamauga, GA; her grandchildren, Marcus, Victoria, Kyle, Brennan, Trenton, R. J., Nina, Connor and Sam; her great grandchild Bella; and her brothers, Marshall Heath (Kay) and Ed Heath (Vicki).
