We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Bessie H. Turner of Rossville, Tennessee, born in Oakland, Mississippi. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Frank Sr. and Mattie Mae Herron; and her husband Wesley Wayne Turner. She is survived by: her children, Marge Charles, Irene Wooten (Rutherford), Katherine Turner (Eugene), Jean Drew, Linda Tolbert (Osby), Mae White (Larry), Billy Wayne Turner (Katie) and Broderick Turner. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and, 3 brothers- and 6 sisters-in-law, 23 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren, 37 nieces and nephews, numerous cousins and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made "In the Memory of Mrs. Bessie H. Turner" to the Mid-South Food Bank, 3865 S Perkins Road, Memphis, TN 38118.
