He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Irene Hilton; his parents, Jess Hilton and Ollie Hilton; his siblings, Carl (Mattie), Hugh (Mattie), Curtis (Mary), Bill, Nettie Lifford (Joe), Waleska Sisk (Charlie), Ruth Davis (Ed) and Martha Smith (Herman); and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth, Howell and Phil House.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Barker (Satch) of Rogersville and Sheila Baker (Eddie) of Johnson City; his grandchildren, Chris Barker of Rogersville, Kimberly Douthat of Johnson City and Casey Baker (Samantha) of Gray; his great grandchildren, Malachi, Braylen, Ella, Jayce and Tristan; and his siblings-in-law, Mike, Larry House, Shirley Helton and Joyce House.
