She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Kelley and Velma Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Earl Seay; her children, Chris Seay (Michlele) and Cara Combes (Keith); and her grandchildren, Savannah Snyder and Jake Seay.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jonestown Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, she asked for donations to her churches (Forest Grove Free Will Baptist, Knoxville and East Rogersville Baptist Church) or contributions to Savannah and Jake's College Funds.
