She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Newberry; her parents, Leonard Yount and Birdie Yount; her grandson Sean Luke; her brothers, Horace Yount, Leonard Yount, Jr. (June), Billy Wayne Yount, Eugene Yount (Hughy) and Bernie Yount; and her son-in-law Marty Lyons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Crawford (Lynn) and Tammie Lyons-Hedge (Bob); her grandchildren, Matthew Lyons, Josh Crawford, Amy Griffen (Frank, Samantha Lyons), Mikaya Lyons, Brett Davis and Melena Smith; and her great grandchildren, Haley, Bryonna and Frank Griffen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Because Mom loved giving to Shriners and St. Jude Children's Hospitals, the family request memorials be made to one these charities.
