He is survived by: his sons, Austin Mowel of Rogersville and Taylor Pack (Sylvia Ruiz) of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Abigail Mowel and Leonardo Ruiz; his mother Judy Mowel of Rogersville; his sister Dorothy Mowel; his niece Rebecca Hickman (Jacob) of Rogersville; and his cousin Lonnie Matthews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Broome Funeral Home Chapel (513 E Main St, Rogersville, TN 37857). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
