He was predeceased by: his children, Janice Deborah Woods and Richard Kelcie Woods; his parents, William Less and Gracie Cobb Woods; and the mother of his children Mary Margaret Woods.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rita Kay Woods of Rogersville, Phyllis Chesnutt-Jones of Morristown, Elana Stanley (Marty) of Rogersville and Jina Cupp (Billy) of Rogersville; and his grandson Billy "B. J.". He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; loving companion.
