He was predeceased by: his mother Mattie Pearl Yount; his son Billy WIlkey; and his granddaughter Ann Bernice Wilkey. He is survived by: his brothers, Jimmy, Larry and Donnie; his significant other Holly Duncan; his children, Victor Troy Wilkey (T. J.), Linda Dawn Wilkey, Michael Wilkey, Timothy Wilkey and Brandi Wilkey; his grandchildren, Lexy Rhea, Trenady Rhea, Kingston Rhea, Victor Jr., Chloe Pearson, Tucker Rhea and Billy Lynn Wilkey; and his brother Wayne Yount. He is also survived by other brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
