He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Fulkerson and Essie Kittinger Fulkerson; his daughter-in-law Cami Holman Fulkerson; and his sisters, Georgia LaRoy, Judy Saylor and Janie Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Fulkerson of Liberty Lake and Kim Anderson of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Xavier Fulkerson, Caitlin Fulkerson, Scott Anderson (Dixie), Troy Anderson and Shawna Anderson; his great grandchildren, Chase, Kyle, Kayli, Sierra and Hayden; his great great grandchildren, Korben, Braelyn, Isabelle and Krue; and his siblings, Nelda Stark of Illinois and Robert Fulkerson (Kathy) of Connecticut. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
