She was predeceased by: her husband Garnie Ray Mowl; her parents, John Tipton and Jessie Tipton; and her siblings, Bobby Tipton, Howard Tipton, Ralph Tipton, Louise Matthews, Ruby Tipton, Jennette Cloud and Helen Voiles.
She is survived by: her daughter Martha L. Pleier (Edward). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
