He was predeceased by: his wife Fodell Webb; his parents, Hubert Webb and Ruth Webb; and his siblings, Wayne, Murle Webb and Betty Hammer.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Webb (Tammy J.), Phillip Webb (Tammy R.) and Kim Thompson (Bud); his grandchildren, Christopher, Brandi, Noah, Tristan, Faith, Aidan, Scott, Shane, Rebecca and Destiny; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Kolden, Kelsea, Eli, Waylon, Gunner and Kenleigh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
