She is survived by: her husband Earl Fields; her son Tim Fields (Denise); her grandchildren, Nichole Fields, Cody Fields (Sarah Yount-Fiancee) and Caleb Fields; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Fields, Caylee Fields and Ty Willis; her sister Linda Sloan (Bob); her sister-in-law Wanda Caldwell; and her close friends, Sam and Wayne Thomason.
