He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Janes; his children, William Kempfer of Knoxville, Alyssa Fishburne (Travis) of Rogersville and Michael Janes (Megan) of Kingsport; his mother Beverly Paquette Tillman of Pedro, FL; his granddaughter Shania Fishburne; his sister Deborah Williams (Rodney) of Pedro, FL; his nieces and nephews, Rachel Williams, Kristy Williams, Emily Oxborough, Stefan Williams of Richard Oxborough, III and Josh Oxborough; his father-in-law Richard Oxborough, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Richard Oxborough, Jr.. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
