He is survived by: his children, Gerena Massengill (Matthew) of Mooresburg and Austin Reed; his granddaughters, Raegan and Jocelyn Massengill; his siblings, Patricia Horton (Steve Payne) of Bulls Gap, Eric Johnson (Julie) of Morristown and Adam Tackett of Bulls Gap; his nieces and nephews, Serenity Andrade, Brieann Miller (Matt), Gracie Self, Beth Self, Joe Horton (Lacey) and Nash Tackett; and his cousin Tina Culbertson. He is also survived by 4 great-nephews and several cousins.
