She is survived by: her parents, Billy Ray and Patsy Courtney; her husband Bryan Coffey; her brother Todd Courtney; her children, Angel Harris (Chance), Faith Gulley (Monica), Jessica Coffey (Mitch), Brandon Coffey and Geriad Coffey (Kaleigh); her grandchildren, Jacob Hunley, Alayna Hunley, Bryleigh Gulley and Zachary Trent; and her pet Zeus.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Ballad Health Cancer Center.
