She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Mowl; her siblings, Linda Rimer Jones (Dennis) of Blountville, Tracy Rimer of Blountville and Terry Rimer (Brandi) of Elizabethton; her sister-in-law Peggy Manis; and her niece Robin Brown (Stephen). She is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
