She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond G. Waye, Sr.; her daughter Ella Mae Waye; her siblings, Shirley Millender and Charles Vaughn; her granddaughter Sheila C. Fritze Waye; and her parents, Buford Vaughn and Ella Mae Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Tony L. Waye (Deborah) of Maryland, Raymond G. Waye, Jr. (Hilary) of Maryland, Charles P. Waye of Pennsylvania and Sue Neyer of Pennsylvania; and her siblings, Roy Vaughn, Buford Vaughn, Gayle Vaughn, Brenda Vaughn and Patricia Vaughn. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
