He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Horne; and his parents, Robert Mitchell Horne and Gladys Ivey Horne. He is survived by: his sons, Sam Horne Jr. (Tondria), Jimmy Horne (April Howe) and Aaron Horne (Nicole Horne); his grandchildren, Cole Robinette, Justin Horne, Ashley Horne, Adam Horne, Nathan Horne, Adelynn Horne and Aisley Horne; and his niece Gloria Wiggins. He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
