He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Jo Ann Mills; his father Clyde Mills; his stepgranddaughter Lorie Reed; his sister Scarlett Ethridge; his mother Bonnie Mills; his wife Donna Mills; his children, Russell "Rusty" C. Mills, Jr. (Annette) and Kelley Mills Davis; his grandchildren, Madison, Noah and Eli Davis; his stepgrandson Jason Light (Heather); and his sister Janice Jones. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, special cousins, and a host of friends.
