He is survived by: his wife Sharon Delph Mullins; his children, Brandy Jackson (Scott), Sheleena McGinnis and Rodney Johnson; his sister Shirley Helton (Bill); his grandchildren, Nikolas, Sydney, Cody Jackson, Erika, Austin and Tristan McGinnis; and his great grandchild Jeremiah Hinkle.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for burial expenses.
