He is survived by: his wife Norma Witt; his stepson Herbert Williams (Mandy) of Knoxville, TN; and his grandchildren, Destiny Blair (Tanner), Savannah Williams (Kyle) and Kip Williams (Bridgett). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
