He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lawson; his son Travis Lawson; his siblings, Mike Lawson (Tammy), Ray Lawson (Judy), Coy Lawson, Stella Kinsler and Louella Davis; his sisters-in-law, Mary McNutt and Kathy Gourley; his mother-in-law Mary Brown; his close friends, Cecil Hart, Ettia Ruth Creech, Chuck Lovingood and Robert Gibson; and also Chris Gudger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
