He is survived by: his children, Rick Smith, Kim R. Herron (H. J.) and Debbie Gentry; his grandchildren, April Lowe, Chris Gentry (Ashton), Wesley Smith (Emily), Cheyanne Smith, Brandy Smith, Brad Smith, Matthew Robinson (Danyelle), Ashley Storie and Justin Herron; and his siblings, Timothy Gail Smith Jr., Ruth Chatham, Betty Reeves (Frank), Shirley Hurd (David), Wanda Gilliam (Bobby) and Louise Mullins (Woodrow). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
