He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Harris and Josephine Getzel Harris. He is survived by: his wife Gail Grace Harris; his sons, Raymond W. Harris, Jr. (Jamie) of Rogersville and John C. Harris (Candice) of Morristown; and his siblings, Barbara Ellen Harris of Petersburg, WV and Andrew Harris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
