He is survived by: his children, Kris Koehler (Sarah) of Kingsport, TN and Brittany Banks of Mooresburg, TN; his grandchildren, Sophia, Mason and Addaylnn; and his siblings, Deborah Henderson (Herbert) of Wake Forest, NC, Curtis Banks III (Teresa) of Rogersville, TN, Bryan Banks (Karen) of Conyers, GA, David Banks of Rogersville and Virginia Blevins (family: Sharon, Merida) of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
