He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lipe Blair; his son Ralph Charles Blair Jr; his grandchildren, Tanner Blair and Ethan Blair; his stepgrandchild Dustin Barton; his close friend Don Henley; and his significant other Charley. He is also survived by 5 step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
