She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Palmer Winegar and Pauline Price Winegar; and her sister Ida Pearl Winegar. She is survived by: her son Joshua Nicholas Rex LaRoy (Jessica); her grandsons, Austin and Ezra LaRoy; and her siblings, Eddie Winegar (Linda) of Rogersville, Jimmy Winegar of Rogersville and Nancy Simmons of Morristown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
