He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval R. Cobb Sr. and Ava Grace Bailey Cobb; and his brother Frank "Bo" R. Cobb Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Orval R. Cobb III and Amanda G. Post; his siblings, Edna L. Johnson of Labelle, FL and Jeffrey W. Cobb Sr.; his sister-in-law Deborah L. Cobb of Rogersville, TN; and his grandchildren, Anthony M. Post, Sydney M. Post and Amy V. Borror.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting to please submit your memories of Rick to the Funeral Home in writing so they may be cherished forever.
