She is survived by: her husband Bryan Mullins; her children, Chelsey Hensley, Taylor Bradley (Brandon), Savana Dyer (Brian) and Dylan Wallace; her grandchildren, Mollie Hensley, Reed, Amelia Bradley, Easton and Eli Dyer; and her siblings, Georgia Smith (Bob), Ellen Davis (Jerry), Terry Buttry and Jason Buttry.
