She is survived by: her children, William Bozarth and Susan Linda Bozarth Herbert; her grandchildren, Kelly Herbert (Devin Lamp), Kasey Herbert Hazlett (Chris) and William Bozarth; her great grandchild Karter Callahan; and her sister-in-law Jane Lockwood.
