She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bowlin and Bonnie Bowlin; and her sister Nancy. She is survived by: her husband Raymond J. Hamblen; her daughters, Judith McCowan (Eddie) of Mooresburg, Jamie Susong of Russellville and Rebecca Hamblen (Ray Williams) of Talbott; her grandchildren, Alyssa Fultz, Jeremy Fultz, Jordan McCowan, Jayson McCowan and Josiah Susong; her great grandchild Brantley Bullard; her brother James Bowlin (Jane) of Kingsport; her niece Arminda Joseph (Brian) of Asheville, NC; and her great-niece Catherine Joseph.
