She is survived by: her children, Betty Fields (Tony), Rick Collins (Donna) and Freddie Collins (Ginger); her grandchildren, Billy Jarvis (Evelyn), Becky Laugherty (Charlie), Missy Haun (Riley), Brad Fields (Vanessa), Ryan Collins, Josh Collins (Brytanie), Brandon White (Jessica), Ethan Collins (Brittanee) and Destiny Collins; her great grandchildren, Cody, Emily, Stephanie, Leighann, Jessee, Ethan, Isabella, Jacob, Zackery, Makenzie, Meya, Jessa, Noah, Keiley, Braden, Brantley, Jasmine and Hazlee; her great great grandchild Sophie Horner; and her sisters, Alma Carpenter, Margie Barrett, Janice Burger and Lorraine Wilson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
