It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Clark Parson of Rogersville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Parson; his daughter Renee Ward; his parents, Ina Parson and John Parson; his siblings, Clifford, Billy Joe, Wayne Parson, Berdia Parson, Phoeba Haager and Avanell Rhoton; and his great-niece Emily Gilliam.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Parson; his sister Judy Parson; his son-in-law Charles Ward; his granddaughters, Allison and Taylor Ward; his great-niece Haley Gilliam; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Ward and Kamden Bush. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
